ladeda. long time no blog! hmm.
i've got this bad habit of not sleeping enough even when im frik tired. like eyes tired, nothing much to do, but i just refuse to sleep. sux. i should try to get to 8 hours of sleep a day. i can do it i think, just stop wasting time on the com all day. hmmm. yea like now. hmmm.
here's a shout out to all the random ppl who read this blog whom i haven't spoken to in a long time. peace out! =p

theres these 3 kinds of people.
see if you're one of them:
1) the selfish bastard
overall cares about himself. very self centred. couldnt be bothered whether other people live or die, as long as he himself is happy. does things only if they affect him directly, if they are a little bit for other people only he will totally refuse help. ridiculously arrogant and oblivious to other people's need for help. even with pleas for help he will reject all possibility of helping simply because he is such an asshole. has little friends and most people hate him although they say they like him. doesn't deserve any pity or help from others with his poor attitude, let alone any privileges or praises.
2) the lazy shirking ass
useless in every aspect, does work to the bare minimum so that he doesnt get screwed. performs all duties in a ridiculously slipshod manner, and frequently (if not always) pushes all duties to everyone else, regardless of whether superior or subordinate to him. also oblivious to other people's workload, especially with regards to his subordinates. demands all his work to be done at an instant while he slacks off at breakfast, sleep or talking about completely useless and stupid stuff with the selfish bastard. disliked by everyone and proudly acknowledges it. no one gives a shit about him, and most people just bitch about him non stop.
3) oblivious ingrate
performs his tasks properly but because of his concentration on his duties, completely neglects his subordinates. fails to notice the performance or non-performance of his superiors, colleagues and subordinates alike. takes greatly for granted the support given to him by his subordinates and expects work done without any reward or praise given. provides negligible compensation when getting subordinates to do tasks way beyond their scope of duty and when subordinates are greatly disadvantaged by his ridiculous working attitude as compared to other people. not very well liked by some people, despite his consistency in his work, purely due to his poor people management skills with his subordinates.
